The Layoca Beach Soccer Club yesterday, October 17 recruited new players into the club.

This comes after new regulations in beach soccer which prevents players from changing carpets.

“ There are new things coming up in beach soccer and one of such is that if you are a player, you cannot cross carpet. If you play association football, you can’t play beach soccer and if you play beach soccer you can’t play association football”, said Mr. Nii Laryea , who is the team manager for Layoca.

He explained that most of the player play association football and once the new regulations is in place, there is the need for new players to be recruited into the team.

The team manager for Layoca, Mr. Nii Laryea advised the young footballers to choose beach soccer because it has no age limit attached to it unlike association football.
