WE WANT CONTINUITY of ACHIMOTA PREPARATORY SCHOOL - EMANUEL BRONI BEDIAKU

By Azaglo Michael

"We want continuity of Achimota preparatory school"- Emanuel  Broni  Bediaku the school layer at the press conference which held on Friday 28th 2021.At Achimota preparatory school .

According to Mr.Emanuel Broni  Bediaku ,"the legal issue between Achimota preparatory school and GES and by extension the government of Ghana has gone on for a while, we must say over the last two decades.

But on Friday, 30th of April  2021,the pupils, parents and teaching and non teaching staff of our client had the unpleasant experience in the school when Ghana Police service  led by the GES in a combatant form and with arms, stormed the school premises, hurried pupils out and locked up the place treating and bringing to a halt both administrative and Academic work."

Layer Emanuel Broni Bediaku confirmed that some of the offices of the premises of the school are still under lock  by the GES Ministry of Education against the advice of the president of Ghana, Nana Dankwah Akuffo Addo, which raises the concerns about the tampering of valuable  properties  of our client and the listening ear and comfort  we had earlier from the president  of the republic appears  to have been undermined"

The headmaster of the school has been forced out and sanitation issues in the school, among others are currently appalling, though the president  intervened  upon a petition from our client, directing the GES minister of Education to sit with the leadership of our client and jaw-jaw,it appears the GES ministry of Education are rather out there with their own plan and agenda To frustrate the school owner and her stakeholders  which is at variance  with the advice of the president which the owner of the school finds it unacceptable and breach of the good faith built after the management of the school received the directive from the presidency.

During the meeting with the GES ,Ministry of Education and the School owner on Wednesday 18th May 2021,our client agreed to  allow a peaceful dialogue to vacate the premises provided the GES will ensure the stakeholders are happy and satisfied."
