Education and skills is Africa double edge sword- Dr.Mohammed Ibn Chambas at young African leaders fellowship,held on sat 29th may,2021.At Hill View Guest Center,Abokobi-Teiman,Accra Ghana.


According to Formal Representative of the Secretary General,United Nation Office for West Africa Dr.Mohammed Ibn Chambas in his presentation,said,"to improve what has been shut down by our political leaders,young one's should build a national character why because we need to find a way to solve African problem,which are ,drug trafficking,sexual abuse,arm robbery,kidnapping and also we need to focus on climax change by protecting our natural resources in going forward and it will always bring Africa to that better place, only if we can be determined in solving the challenges in Africa."


Dr.Mohammed  Ibn  Chambas said,"our natural resources should be looked at and it should be more organized in scientific way and that's why we need to help our young one's to direct their energy well."Africa is rich but sorrunded with poor people which we must try all our possible best in other to eradicate poverty in Africa through passion driven and energy.


Also speaking at the meeting with young Africa leaders fellowship which held at Hill view hotel,Abokobi-Teiman,was Director of advocacy and policy engagement CDD Ghana, Dr.kojo pumpumi Asante,said,"African has been struggling with a good leadership and the young ones must be ready to rebuild the leadership walls which has been broken down because leadership is an opportunity to serve and not to be served ,by taken the measure of trust towards the next ten years agenda and this will give the young ones determination to be a change maker anywhere they find themselves."


Dr.kojo Pumpumi Asante,said"we need to prepare the young ones of today for better tomorrow."


Member of the young Africa leaders fellowship,waylead fellow,Nigeria,Taiwo Olawehinmi in her presentation,said,"we are African and we can not be divided by tribes or tradition."


Nigeria Waylead fellow,Taiwo Olawehinmi,said,"African leadership is in crisis and the young ones must be ready to bring the solution that the future requires, why because the "leadership is not about political leadership but self leadership" and CDD fellowship has come together to do what is best for our continent,ready to bring forth change that Africa needs."


Waylead Fellowship Camp Director,Michael Ohene Effah,said,"We have not gotten leadership right in Africa,Africa is not poor but it poorly led,which is the reason we call for one year fellowship with the aim of changing African image for better tomorrow".
